Privacy Policy

Our approach

FastTrack collects the minimum information necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your data, we do not track you across other websites, and you can delete your account at any time.

What we do not collect

• Analytics scripts. The site and extension include no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar trackers.
• Cross site activity. The extension only operates on axiom.trade and does not read other tabs.
• Data from anyone under 18 years of age.

What we collect and why

Account information

Your email address, used for account verification, password resets, and service notifications. A secure hash of your password, not the password itself. Your assigned referral code and, if you were referred, the code of the user who invited you.

Wallet information

For each wallet you generate or import through FastTrack, we store its Solana public key and an encrypted copy of its private key. Private keys are encrypted at rest using AES 256 GCM. The master key required to decrypt them is held in isolated infrastructure with strict access controls.

Trading activity

Each trade you make is recorded with the timestamp, token, amount, fee, and on chain transaction signature. This record allows us to display your history and calculate your cashback. The corresponding on chain transactions are publicly visible on Solana regardless of our records.

Connection metadata

Your IP address and browser identifier are logged with each request to our API. We use this information for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and security investigations. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers to operate FastTrack:

• Resend sends our verification and notification emails. Resend receives your email address when we send you a message.
• Amazon Web Services hosts our database, encrypted wallet storage, and backend infrastructure.
• Cloudflare provides our DNS, content delivery, and website hosting.
• Solana RPC providers such as Helius receive your wallet's public key and transaction submissions, as would any Solana application you use.

Solana is a public blockchain. All on chain trades are permanently visible to anyone with a block explorer. This is a property of the network itself.

Your rights

Account deletion

To delete your account, send an email to hello@willet.cc from the address associated with your account. We will delete your user record and all related data within 30 days.

Before requesting deletion, withdraw any SOL held in your custodial wallets. Once a wallet is deleted, its funds become inaccessible.

Data access and correction

You may request a copy of your data in JSON format by emailing hello@willet.cc. We aim to respond within seven days.

If any information we hold about you is incorrect, please contact us and we will update it.

Security

FastTrack employs industry standard security practices, including TLS for all traffic, password hashing with Argon2id, AES 256 GCM encryption for wallet keys at rest, server side session tracking with immediate revocation on logout, per IP rate limiting, and an internal audit log of all privileged actions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be announced in the extension or by email to your registered address before they take effect.
